About Me

Hi, I’m Jennifer.

I created Simply Sacred Living to be a deep breath—a place to clear space, both physically and energetically, so we can remember what truly matters and move through life with more presence and intention.

I’ve always been drawn to the mystical side of life—think crystals, astrology, tarot, and other intuitive and spiritual practices. Over the years I’ve also studied different approaches to personal growth and mindfulness, and I practice Reiki as part of my personal spiritual journey.

I'm a mom to an energetic five-year-old boy and a giant dog. Most days, I’m rocking a messy ponytail and figuring things out as I go, right alongside you.

My house gets messy.

I lose my patience.

There are days when the calories in my meals are double (or triple) what they "should" be, and nights when the pile of dishes simply wins. I take the changes I want to make in my life one step at a time.

Why Simply Sacred?

Sacred isn't about perfection; it's about devotion. The devotion to trying again. To being gentle with yourself. Sacred is the attention we give to the journey.

I'm grateful for the life I have and I’ve learned that calm isn't something you're 'given' when your schedule clears up. It’s something you claim right in the middle of the life you're living.

I’m a friend walking this path with you—striving for peace and joy, while fully owning the mess.

What you'll find here:

  • Sacred in the Ordinary
This is the heart of Simply Sacred Living. It’s about discovering that the sacred isn’t somewhere else—it’s woven into the small moments of everyday life. From brewing tea to cooking a meal, clearing the energy in your home, or pausing to notice the moon, these reflections explore how ordinary routines can become meaningful rituals when we bring presence and intention to them.

  • Grounded Living
Spiritual life still happens in the middle of real life. This pillar focuses on practical ways to create stability and support in your day-to-day world—organizing your space, managing energy and boundaries, nourishing yourself with simple food, and building rhythms that make life feel more sustainable. It’s about creating systems and habits that help you live well without burning out.

  • The Inner Path
This is where the deeper personal work lives. Honest reflections on growth, healing, identity, and walking an unconventional path. These pieces explore shadow work, emotional patterns, boundaries, and the messy, non-linear nature of becoming who you are meant to be.

Thank you for being here.

With love,

Jennifer
